Fun core workout without the pressure of the gym.
Don't have to do every class but it is an advantage as they tend to follow on from each other.
Tone and sculpt the body in a gradual, effective way.
Males and females welcome - 16 years and over (please enquire for under 16's)

How long is a session?
The classes are 2 hours long and run every 2 weeks.
I can't make it this week can I come next week?
The classes run every 2 weeks, for example 16th April 30th April, etc.
