We're seeking an experienced and charismatic dance instructor to lead a Chicago-themed dance hen party in Birmingham. This event offers a unique opportunity to delve into the jazz-filled world of "Chicago," teaching participants the sultry and dynamic dance routines inspired by the iconic musical. Set in the bustling area of Brindley Place, Birmingham, the session promises to be an immersive celebration of dance and musical theatre, perfect for fans of "Chicago" and those looking to enjoy an unforgettable dance experience.

Occasion: Chicago Dance-Themed Hen Party
Date: Sunday, 29th September 2024
Time: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Location: Central Birmingham, with specific venue details provided upon application
Dance routine: Choreography inspired by "Chicago"
Level: Complete beginners

Responsibilities:

Choreograph and teach dance routines from "Chicago," ensuring they are accessible and enjoyable for beginners.
Create an engaging and inclusive environment that encourages all participants to get involved and enjoy the spirit of the musical.
Encourage participants to embrace the theme, possibly with costumes inspired by "Chicago" for added fun.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a dance instructor, with specific experience in jazz or musical theatre dance styles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and motivating participants of all skill levels.
A positive and encouraging teaching style, focused on creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere.

Pay is £45 paid on the day (based on £25ph and £5ph towards travel and parking)
