Job Description:
We're looking for an energetic and skilled salsa dance instructor to join our team in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will bring passion, expertise, and a vibrant teaching style to introduce and develop students' skills in this exciting Latin dance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engaging salsa classes for students of various skill levels
Teach different salsa styles (e.g., Cuban, LA, New York)
Develop comprehensive lesson plans covering technique, timing, and partnering skills
Provide clear instructions on footwork, body movement, and turn patterns
Foster a fun, inclusive, and social atmosphere for all students

Requirements:

Proven experience teaching salsa dance, preferably in Cambridge or surrounding areas
Strong knowledge of salsa techniques, music, and cultural background
Excellent communication and demonstration skills
Ability to teach both lead and follow roles
Skilled at breaking down complex movements for beginners
Understanding of proper dance etiquette and safe partnering techniques
Punctual and reliable
